Milk and milk products

Our goat dairy and creamery are still part of the big farm dream. We produce milk and a variety of hard and soft cheeses for ourselves, but we have not yet built the barn and creamery that must pass inspection for public sales. Pictured above are fresh milk, yogurt, and aged cheddar cheese. Construction is planned for the summer of 2021, so check back every so often to follow our progress!
