Eggs

Sterling Family Farms eggs are laid by hens that have access to pastures year round. Therefore, the eggs are fresh, fertile, hormone-free, and antibiotic free. What type of hens do we have? Our hens are “barnyard mix” meaning they come from a variety of heritage breed, brown egg layers with a few “Easter eggers” for blue, green, or pink eggs for variety. Eggs are sold by the dozen and come in extra large, large, medium, and pullet sizes.
